Abstract:
The rapid development of oil pipeline in China is seriously restricted by the dependence on foreign high-lift pumps. In this situation, domestically produced development and manufacturing of split-case high-lift oil pump is an effective option. Through addressing some critical bottlenecks in independent positioning structure and balance tube structure of impeller, hydraulic design method of one element flow pattern design and three elements flow pattern check, strength calculation of key components such as the connecting bolt between shaft and split-case surface, and casting and processing technology for pump case and impeller, a split-case high-lift oil pump for pipeline is successfully developed. The parallel operation with Germany Ruhr pump with the same parameters proves that the domestically produced split-case high-lift oil pump provides equivalent performance indexes. Therefore, the proposed oil pump is worthy of popularization.
