配置燃驱压缩机组的输气管道高温运行工况模拟

Simulation on operation of gas pipelines with turbines drived compressor sets in hot weather

  • 摘要: 对于配置燃驱机组的长输天然气管道,高温天气易导致燃气轮机最大输出功率和运行效率降低,使得管道输气流量减小。利用SPS软件对中亚天然气管道的夏季高温运行工况进行瞬态仿真,并基于实际生产数据采用“移动曲线”方法校正软件的输入参数,从而使仿真结果与实际工况的偏差在合理范围内。通过分析燃气轮机功率特性及管道工况变化规律,从运行调控角度提出了压力控制与最大可用功率控制相结合的全线压缩机组控制模式,有效保证了高温运行工况下气源按合同进气,并降低自耗气量。

     

    Abstract: When long-distance gas pipelines are equipped with turbines drived compressor sets, the maximum output power and operational efficiency of gas turbines will decrease because of hot weather. As a result, the flow capacity of gas pipelines will diminish as well. In this paper, the transient simulation was performed on the operation behavior of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline in hot weather of summer using SPS software. And based on actual production data, the parameters inputted into the software were corrected by means of the "moving curve" method, so that the deviation between the simulation results and the actual behavior was within a reasonable range. After a series of analyses were conducted on the gas turbine power characteristics and the pipeline behavior variation rules, a complete compressor set control mode which combines pressure control and maximum available power control together is proposed on the basis of operation control. In this way, the gas source in the case of hot weather can be supplied according to the contract and self-consuming gas can be reduced effectively.
