基于ERP系统的压缩机组全过程运维管理

  • 摘要: 天然气管道系统日趋复杂,新老资产呈现多元化状态,尤其是压缩机等关键设备,品牌型号多样,导致综合管控的难度加大。在ERP系统中建立了压缩机全过程运维管理模块,用以优化检维修、预测性维护、预防性维护、更新改造、备件采购、能源消耗等作业计划;利用平台具有的全过程管理功能,可以完成对关键设备全生命周期内单台设备各类活动数据的收集工作,包括历史数据、基础信息、运维记录、能源消耗、备件消耗等数据。开发了压缩机组BOM(Bill of Material)表技术,利用系统属性和逻辑数据分析报表,对关键设备的费用成本、能耗产出对比、单位小时能耗、制造商对比成本、机组类型经济性等进行压缩机组数据组合分析,可以优化维修策略、提高机组可靠性、降低维护费用。

     

    Abstract: Natural gas pipeline systems are becoming complex gradually and there are a variety of old and new assets, especially the key equipments (e.g. compressors) which are diversified in brands and models. Therefore, the comprehensive control is more and more difficult. In this paper, a whole-process operation and maintenance management module for compressors was established in ERP system to conduct the following operation plans, including check and repair optimization, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, upgrading, spare parts procurement and energy consumption. Then, based on the whole-process management function of the platform, various activity data of key equipments in the whole life cycle were collected for each unit. The collected data includes historical data, basic information, operation and maintenance records, energy consumption and spare parts consumption. Finally, compressor set BOM technology was developed to analyze reports using system attributes and logical data. Based on that, combinational analysis was carried out on the data of compressor sets in terms of key equipment costs, energy output contrast, energy consumption per hour, comparative cost of manufacturers and economy of each type, so as to optimize equipment maintenance programs, improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
