成品油管网生产数据管理系统研发

Development of production data management system for products pipeline network

  • 摘要: 成品油管道企业的SCADA系统产生大量的生产数据, 如何对这些数据进行分析处理, 并服务于企业, 是亟待解决的一大难题。利用ASP.NET软件(基于C#)及SCADA系统自带模板软件对华东管网的生产数据(日报表、月报表、批次统计表、设备运行时间统计表、混油情况表和输油量同比表等)进行有效管理, 在设定时间内, 从SCADA系统自动获取生产数据并进行统计和分析, 进而呈现在Web网页上, 以便进行生产优化, 并方便各部门人员浏览和下载。实践证明: 成品油管网生产数据管理系统可以自动从SCADA系统中提取用户所需的数据, 为管道企业的管理人员提供所需的数据, 并为生产运行方案的优化提供有力的数据支持。

     

    Abstract: The SCADA systems of products pipeline enterprises contain vast quantities of production data. For these enterprises, it is challenging to analyze, process and use these data. By using ASP.NET (C# based) and integral templates of SCADA system, production data, including daily and monthly reports, batch reports, running-time reports of relevant facilities, oil contamination reports and reports for oil-transportation capacities, of Eastern China Pipeline Network can be managed effectively. The system may acquire production data from SCADA at pre-determined time interval for statistical analysis, with relevant results posted on Web pages to promote process optimization. In addition, all operators in relevant departments may easily access and download these data. Practices prove that the production data management system may automatically acquire required data from SCADA to satisfy demands of managers of pipeline enterprises. Moreover, the system may provide necessary supports for optimization of relevant operation programs.
