多因素作用下防蜡剂作用效果及防蜡机理

Performance and mechanism of paraffin inhibitor under the effect of multifactors

  • 摘要: 考虑到单因素评价方法的局限性, 利用正交实验探讨了温度、剪切强度和作用时间共同作用下防蜡剂的作用效果, 分析了各因素间的交互作用, 并通过蜡晶晶格参数和微观形态剖析了不同实验条件下防蜡剂的作用机理。结果表明: 多因素共同作用下, 温差与剪切强度对防蜡率的影响显著, 作用时间的影响较小; 温差、剪切强度和作用时间之间存在交互作用但并不明显; 防蜡剂通过改变蜡晶的衍射峰强度、有序性和晶面间距等参数, 使得蜡晶的生长更规则, 颗粒变大并向准球状发展, 从而对蜡沉积起到抑制作用; 不同影响因素对加剂后蜡晶晶体结构的影响情况不同, 但都是通过改变蜡晶的衍射峰强度和晶面间距等参数而发挥作用。

     

    Abstract: In consideration of the limitations of single factor evaluation method, by using orthogonal test, the performance of paraffin inhibitor under the joint actions of temperature, shear strength and action time was discussed, and the interaction among these factors was analyzed. Moreover, the mechanism of paraffin inhibitor under different experimental conditions was analyzed in aspects of lattice parameters and micro morphology of wax crystal. Results show that temperature difference and shear strength have more significant effects than action time on paraffin inhibition rate. There are interactions among temperature difference, shear strength and action time, but the interactions are not distinct. By changing the diffraction peak intensity, ordering and interplanar spacing of wax crystal, the paraffin inhibitor can make the wax crystal grow more regularly, become larger and develop into quasi-spherical, so as to inhibit the wax deposition.The factors have different impacts on wax crystal structure after paraffin inhibitors added, but they all work by changing the diffraction peak intensity and interplanar spacing of wax crystal.
