管道环焊缝检测识别方法

Detection and identification of pipeline girth weld

  • 摘要: 针对管道内检测缺陷点的定位问题, 提出了一种基于漏磁原理的管道环焊缝识别方法。在使用内检测结果对缺陷点进行修复时, 需要准确定位管道缺陷点位置。内检测器通过搭载里程计来记录检测器前进里程, 从而定位管道缺陷点位置。但是检测器在管道中的旋转前进方式及里程计的累积误差, 导致检测器记录的里程与实际的管道里程存在较大偏差, 且该偏差随检测里程增加而增大。为了准确定位管道缺陷及特征点, 通过在检测器上加装焊缝检测器, 在内检测数据处理中识别出管道环焊缝, 从而借助通过环焊缝里程对缺陷点进行精确定位。牵拉试验证明: 该环焊缝识别方法识别率超过95.24%。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a girth weld detection and identification method based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage to locate the defects of pipeline. Accurate locating of such defects is essential for repairing them. Usually, inline inspection tool locates defect by using recoded mileage on odometer. However, such recoded mileage deviates significantly from actual mileage due to the way that inline inspection tool moves in rotation and the accumulative error of odometer. With the increase of mileage, the deviation may increase. In order to pinpoint the defects and characteristic points, weld detector is installed on the tool to locate defects precisely by girth weld of the pipeline identified from inline inspection data. Pull test shows that the identification rate of this method exceeds 95.24%.
