国内外高性能油气输送管的研发现状

Research status of high-performance oil and gas pipelines in China and abroad

  • 摘要: 结合高性能油气输送管的发展方向, 分别介绍了超高强度钢管、低温环境用钢管、腐蚀环境用管、大应变钢管以及深海油气开发用钢管的需求、成分与力学性能要求、国内外研发与工程应用情况等。与国际领先水平相比, 我国高性能油气输送管的技术水平和质量水平尚有一定差距, 建议国内生产企业和科研院所开展联合攻关, 不断提升超高强度钢管、大应变钢管及深海油气开发用钢管的性能稳定性, 并研究解决低温环境用钢管韧性指标的确定以及腐蚀环境用管的材料选用等问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development direction of high-performance oil and gas pipelines, ultra-high strength steel pipelines, low-temperature resistant steel pipelines, corrosion resistant pipelines, large-strain steel pipelines and deepwater oil and gas development pipelines were presented from the aspects of the demand, requirements on chemical composition and mechanical properties, and R & D and engineering application in China and abroad. It is shown that domestic highperformance oil and gas pipelines still lag behind, compared with the international advanced level. It is suggested that domestic manufacturers and research institutions should carry out joint research to increase the performance stability of ultra-high strength steel pipelines, large-strain steel pipelines and deepwater oil and gas development pipelines, and to solve the problems related with low-temperature resistant pipelines and corrosion resistant pipelines, such as the determination of toughness index of low-temperature resistant pipelines and material selection of corrosion resistant pipelines.
