多相流动对X70钢腐蚀行为的影响

Corrosion of X70 steel under multi-phase flow

  • 摘要: 采用真实环道和自制试验装置,模拟起伏管路多相流动条件下X70钢的CO2腐蚀问题。通过电子显微镜、腐蚀挂片等对挂片表面形貌、腐蚀速率情况进行分析,试验研究了多相流动状态对X70钢CO2腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:随着气液比由低到高,管内流型由满管流到段塞流再到弥散流发展,挂片均匀腐蚀速率先是缓慢升高,在段塞流时达到最高值,随着流型由段塞流向弥散流转变,挂片表面均匀腐蚀速率逐渐减小;挂片局部腐蚀不断加强,在弥散流状态下,由于空泡腐蚀的存在,挂片局部腐蚀得到了最大程度的发展。

     

    Abstract: In this study, actual loops and independently-developed testing devices are used to simulate CO2 corrosion of X70 steel for fluctuating pipelines with multi-phase flows. Electron microscopes and corrosion coupons are used to analyze surface topographic features and corrosion rates of such coupons to highlight impacts of multi-phase flow regime on CO2 corrosion rate. The results show that, as gas/liquid ratio increased from low to high, flow pattern changed from full-pipe flow to slug flow, and eventually to dispersion flow. During the transition, uniform corrosion rate of the coupon increased slowly at first and reached the maximum during occurrence of slug flow. With flow pattern changing from slug flow to dispersion flow, corrosion rate on surfaces of the coupon decreased gradually. In the entire process, local corrosion on such coupons intensified continuously. In the state of dispersion flow, local corrosion reached the maximum degree due to existence of cavitation corrosion.
