成品油管道动态库存量智能计算系统

Intelligent system to compute the dynamic inventory of products pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了防止成品油管道各下载库出现“胀库”或“断供”,利用Excel和VBA软件对管输过程中各下载库实时库存量进行智能计算。利用“先分后合”的方法,采用大量的多重循环语句对运行方案各个阶段的数据进行处理,以计算任意时刻各下载库的库存量和空容量,从而指导管理人员优化运行方案、提高工作效率并有效避免事故的发生。在该系统中,用户可以根据需求在启输前后任何时刻计算运行过程中各油库的库存量,并自动生成站场输油时间总表。以华东管网苏南管道SN-13-G93-034,SN-13-G97-035,SN-13-G00-036批次为例,对数据计算处理方法进行描述,并将计算结果与实际管输生产情况进行对比,对库存量预测系统的准确性进行评判。结果表明:该系统有助于成品油管道运行方案的编制和细化,并可大大减少方案编写的工作量,提高其准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent "overload bulge" or "outage" in each downloading tankfarm of the long-distance products pipeline, EXCEL and VBA software are used to intelligently compute the real-time inventory of such tankfarms during the process of transportation. With the "separation and combination" method, a large amount of multiple loop statements are adopted to deal with the data at each stage of operation scheme to calculate the inventory and vacant capacity of each downloading tankfarm at any time, so as to guide the managers to optimize the operation scheme, improve working efficiency and avoid accidents effectively. In this system, users can calculate the dynamic changes of inventory at each oil tankfarm during the operation process at any time before and after the staring of transportation according to their own needs, and the general schedule of transportation at pump stations can be automatically generated. Taking the SN-13-G93-034, SN-13-G97-035 and SN-13-G00-036 batches of South Jiangsu Pipeline in Huadong Pipeline Network as examples, this paper describes the data processing methods and compares the calculation results to the actual pipeline transportation, for purpose of judging the accuracy of this inventory prediction system. The result shows that this system can help with the establishment and refining of the operation scheme for products pipeline, reduce the workload of scheme preparation and increase its accuracy.
