Optimization of cascade utilization of LNG cold energy for power generation

  • 摘要: 以最经济的方式充分回收利用LNG冷能是目前各LNG接收站所面临的重要问题。结合热力学原理和国内外应用实例,重点分析了有机朗肯循环法中冷能利用效率的影响因素,提出了循环工质的选择原则;对单一工质和混合工质进行对比,分析了压力对LNG冷能回收的影响,给出了多级串联分段梯级和多级复合梯级利用的循环系统优化方案。以广西LNG接收站为例,结合当地LNG市场实际状况,分析得出LNG冷能发电配套冷能加海水制冰方案是适合广西LNG接收站的最优方案,为广西LNG项目冷能利用指明了方向,同时对南方其他沿海LNG接收站冷能利用具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Full recovery and utilization of LNG cold energy in the most economical way is an important subject in LNG terminals. Based on thermodynamic principles and application examples at home and abroad, the factors of Organic Rankine Cycle method that affect cold energy utilization efficiency were analyzed and the principle for selecting the working fluids for circulation were proposed. Moreover, single working fluid and mixed working fluid were compared, and the impact of pressure on LNG cold energy recovery was analyzed. Finally, the programs for circulation system optimization based on utilization of multi-level tandem segmented cascade and multi-level complex cascade were provided. Taking Guangxi LNG Terminal as an example, analysis in combination with the actual situations of the local LNG market reveals that LNG cold energy power generation supported with "cold energy + seawater" ice generation program is the optimal solution for Guangxi LNG Terminal. It points out the directions for Guangxi LNG cold energy utilization and has certain guiding significance to cold energy utilization of other coastal LNG terminals in southern China.
