海底油气输送用双金属复合管研发现状与展望

Research status and prospects of bimetallic composite pipes for submarine oil and gas transmission

  • 摘要: 基于海洋深水油气田开发过程中油气集输的需要,综述了国内外双金属复合管的主流制造工艺,重点从基管材质、耐蚀合金层材质、界面结合性能、可焊接性、尺寸精度、弯曲性能6个方面分析了海底油气输送用双金属复合管的性能要求。通过与“碳钢+缓蚀剂”、内涂层、耐蚀合金纯材等其他防腐措施对比,指出了双金属复合管的经济技术优势:双金属复合管尽管前期比“碳钢+缓蚀剂”和内涂层管材成本要高,但后期维护费用很少,且具有较高的安全可靠性。总结分析了国内外海底油气输送用双金属复合管的应用现状,指出应从产品制造工艺、配套产品、现场焊接技术、质量控制等方面提高我国海洋油气输送用双金属复合管的技术水平。

     

    Abstract: Considering oil and gas gathering and transportation needs during deepwater oil and gas field development process, the mainstream manufacturing processes of bimetallic composite pipes at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper. The performance requirements of bimetallic composite pipes for submarine oil and gas transmission were discussed from six aspects, including base pipe material, corrosion resistant alloy layer material, interfacial bonding strength, weldability, dimensional accuracy and bending performance. After compared with other protective measures (e.g. carbon steel pipe + corrosion inhibitor, internal coatings, and corrosion-resistance pure alloy), bimetallic composite pipe is superior economically and technically. Bimetallic composite pipe costs more than those with "carbon steel pipe + corrosion inhibitor" and internal coatings at the earlier stage, but its maintenance cost is much less and it is safer and more reliable. And the application status of the bimetallic composite pipes for submarine oil and gas transmission at home and abroad was reviewed, it was proposed to increase domestic technical level of bimetallic composite pipes for submarine oil and gas transmission from the aspects of product manufacturing processes, ancillary products, field welding technology and quality control.
