液化石油气球罐法兰面微量泄漏在线监测系统

On-line monitoring system for minor leaks on flange face of spherical tank for liquefied petroleum gas

  • 摘要: 为了弥补液化石油气球罐发生泄漏时常规在线火气监测及应急措施的不足, 实时监测和发现球罐法兰面的微量泄漏状况, 提出了一种基于法兰面微量泄漏在线监测系统的设计, 对设计目的和原理、核心部件密封套筒的制作、密封套筒密封失效的检测方法进行了介绍。根据单个或多个法兰面微量泄漏在线监测系统, 能够迅速判断法兰面微量泄漏的准确位置, 在液化石油气泄漏发生的最初阶段就能及时地进行监测, 便于操作人员进行相应的维护和保养, 避免更大泄漏量的发生, 将事故风险的隐患降低到最小程度。

     

    Abstract: To compensate the insufficiency in conventional monitoring and emergency measures for leaks in spherical tanks for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and to monitor and identify minor leaks on flange faces of spherical tank in timely manner, an on-line monitoring system based on detection of minor leaks on flange face is proposed. This paper introduces design objectives, principles, fabrication of the core element - sealing sleeve, and techniques available to determine failure of the sealing sleeve. By using one or more flange face minor leak on-line monitoring systems, it is possible to determine accurate position of minor leak. Since monitoring operations can be performed in initial stages of LPG leaks, relevant operators may take necessary maintenance operations in timely manner to eliminate possibility of more severe leaks. By minimizing potential risks of relevant incidents, the system may prevent major incidents from happening.
