成品油管网批次计划编制方法

Batch planning for products pipeline network

  • 摘要: 为了研究成品油管网顺序输送批次计划的制定方法, 并利用此方法得到批次计划的一个可行解, 针对由西部成品油管道、兰郑长成品油管道和兰成渝成品油管道组成的管网进行了批次计划的研究。基于单条成品油管道的批次调度算法, 分析了成品油管网批次计划的模型假设、约束条件和编制原则, 结合管道连接处油库的库存、炼厂的产量及下游管道的油品需求, 按照“先满先输”的原则, 提出了制定批次计划的算法, 得到了成品油管网的输入计划和分输计划。根据模型及算法, 采用C语言编制出整个管网的批次计划报表。利用该程序, 可以得到每个分输站的分输开始时间、结束时间、分输体积等信息, 极大地提高了编制批次计划的工作效率, 并为管网的调度工作提供依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews available techniques for batch planning for products pipeline network. By using these techniques, a feasible solution is defined for batch planning. Researches are conducted on batch planning for the pipeline network composed by Western Oil Products Pipeline, Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Oil Products Pipeline and Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Products Pipeline. Based on the batch planning algorithm for individual product pipeline, the model assumptions, constraints and principles for batch planning for products pipeline network are analyzed. With consideration to oil inventories at junctions of pipelines, refinery output and oil demand downstream the pipelines, this paper proposes a batch planning algorithm and gets input and offtake plans of products pipeline networks in the principle of "first full, first transport". According to the model and algorithm, the tabulated batch planning for the entire pipeline network is generated by using the C language. Using the program, information such as distribution starting time, termination time and offtake volume can be obtained. It can effectively improve efficiency of the batch planning and provide the basis for pipeline network scheduling.
