长输管道超大型防风棚技术及应用

Ultra-large wind shelter technology for long-distance pipeline and its application

  • 摘要: 长输管道在野外施工中,经常受风、雨、雪和低温等天气因素的影响而中断,进而影响产量和施工进度。目前施工中采用的传统型防风棚,以保护单一焊口为目的,抵御天气影响的能力较弱。为了改变这种现状,增强防风棚抵御天气影响的能力,实现全天候管道施工作业,借鉴成熟的充气帐篷技术,加以研究和改造,制造出了适合管道施工的组合式超大型防风棚,目前已经应用于长输管道施工中。现场应用结果表明:超大型防风棚颠覆了传统防风棚的设计理念,营造了全天候管道施工的微环境,在防风、防雨的效果上,完全优于传统型防风棚,且其制造和使用成本低,经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Field construction of long-distance pipeline is often interrupted by the weather factors like wind, rain, snow and low temperature, which will then impede the output and construction progress. Accordingly, traditional wind shelter is usually adopted. It can just protect single welded junction, but is less capable to defend the influence of weather. In this situation, a combined ultra-large wind shelter suitable for pipeline construction has been developed referring to the mature technology of inflatable tent, in order to strengthen the resistance of wind shelter to weather influence and thereby ensure the all-weather pipeline construction. The field application result shows that the ultra-large wind shelter subverts the design philosophy of traditional wind shelter, and creates a microenvironment for all-weather pipeline construction. It is superior to traditional wind shelter in the aspects of defending wind and rain. Besides, it is cost-effective in manufacturing and application.
