管道悬索桥主索架设基于PPWS法的改进与应用

Application of the improved PPWS method in installation of the master cables in suspension pipeline bridge

  • 摘要: 针对管道跨越悬索桥主索架设工艺复杂、质量要求高以及可用技术、设备等相对单一的现状,基于预制平行钢丝束索股法(Precast Parallel Wire Strand Method,PPWS法),借鉴公路、铁路等悬索桥主索架设技术,并根据管道跨越悬索桥的结构特点,结合实际经验,对主索架设工艺进行了创新,明确了PPWS技术应用于管道跨越悬索桥主索架设的工艺流程以及相关设备、设施的设计原则,并重点介绍了各步骤的技术要点。结果表明:通过对PPWS技术进行改进和应用,该技术适用于管道跨越悬索桥主索架设,可在一定程度上提高架设的效率和质量,也可将其推广应用至其他单跨、多跨等多种形式的悬索桥主索架设。

     

    Abstract: Installation of master cables in suspension pipeline bridge involves complicated processes, high quality requirements, and less availability of technologies and facilities. Accordingly, the precast parallel wire strand (PPWS) method is improved to innovate the installation of master cables depending on structural features of suspension pipeline bridge, referring to the installation process of master cables in suspension bridges for highways and railways. Moreover, process flows and design principles for relevant equipment and facilities related to the innovative PPWS-based technology are clarified, and key technical points in its implementation are stated. The results show that the improved PPWS is applicable to installation of master cables in suspension pipeline bridges, with higher efficiency and quality to certain extent. This method can also be deployed for installation of master cables for other suspension bridges with single span or multiple spans.
