油气长输管道腐蚀速率计算方法评述

Review on calculation methods for corrosion rate of long-distance oil and gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 油气长输管道腐蚀缺陷是导致管道发生事故的主要原因,而腐蚀速率是监测管道腐蚀缺陷的重要参数,也是保证管道安全可靠运行的关键依据之一。评述了现有的管道腐蚀速率计算方法,包括:试验法、线性预测法、基于多轮管道内检测计算法、数学预测方法、NACE推荐方法。根据各种计算方法的特点,综合考虑其准确性、适用性、易用性和合理性,可以寻获适合不同管道的计算方法。将精确计算的腐蚀速率应用于管道可靠性计算和内检测计划制订,有助于保障油气管道安全、高效运行。

     

    Abstract: The corrosion defect of long-distance oil and gas pipeline is the main cause of pipeline accidents. Corrosion rate is an important parameter for monitoring pipeline corrosion defects and also one of the critical basis ensuring pipeline safety. This paper reviews existing calculation methods for pipeline corrosion rate, including testing method, linear prediction method, calculation method based on repeat pipeline inline inspections, mathematical prediction method, and NACE recommended method. According to the characteristics of these methods, their accuracy, applicability, usability and rationality are considered comprehensively to find out the calculation method suitable for different pipelines. Applying the accurately calculated corrosion rate to the reliability calculation and inline inspection planning of pipeline can benefit the operation of oil and gas pipeline safely and effectively.
