轻质油品罐区油气密闭收集系统的设计及安保措施

Design and safety measures of oil/gas sealed collection system in the light oil tankfarm

  • 摘要: 轻质油品储罐的油气蒸发损耗造成对大气环境的污染和油品资源的浪费, 对油气密闭收集系统的研究多侧重于油气收集后的回收或消除工艺, 而对罐区油气收集系统构成及安全性方面的研究相对较少。基于此, 针对毒性轻质油品储罐和非毒性轻质油品储罐分别设计了油气收集系统的分级保护结构, 并对各级压力保护设定参数进行了取值说明。对于密闭油气系统安全保障性不足的问题, 提出了正负压液封罐工艺: 采用立式结构, 由上部负压液封腔、下部正压液封腔组成, 上下两部分的中间采用水平隔板分隔, 隔板中心轴线处设置竖直圆形连通管将上下两个腔体连通。同时, 给出了正负压液封罐结构形式及关键设计参数, 可为轻质油品储罐密闭收集系统工程设计提供数据参考。

     

    Abstract: The oil evaporation loss of light oil tank will result in pollution to atmospheric environment and waste of oil resource. The researches on the oil/gas sealed collection system mainly focus on the recycling or eliminating technologies after the collection of oil/gas, but rarely on the composition and safety of the system. In this regard, the hierachy protection structures of oil/gas collection system are designed respectively for toxic light oil tank and non-toxic light oil tank, and porrameters setting of each pressure protection is introduced. For the problem of insufficient safety measures for oil/gas sealed system, a liquid sealing tank technology of alternating pressure is proposed. Specifically, vertical structure is adopted and it is composed of negative pressure liquid sealing chamber at the upper part and positive pressure liquid sealing chamber at the lower part, which are separated by horizontal battle. A vertical circular pipe is at the central axis of the battle to connect both parts. Besides, the structure form of both chambers and key design parameters are presented, which can provide data reference for the engineering design of the sealed collection system for light oil tank.
