地下水封洞库立管的振动特性

Vibration characteristics of the riser in underground water-sealing storage caverns

  • 摘要: 针对地下水封洞库出油立管振动问题进行分析, 对不同支撑方式对立管振动特性的影响规律进行研究。结果表明: ①大落差出油立管结构刚度过低、管内流体带动下电潜泵叶轮旋转所对应的扰动频率与立管低阶固有频率重合而引发共振, 是导致停泵过程中立管剧烈振动的主要原因; ②随着固定支撑数目的增加, 立管刚度及各阶固有频率也将增加; ③合理设计竖井内固定支架的数量和位置, 使立管各低阶固有频率避开正常出油和停泵过程中的电潜泵扰动频率, 可以对出油立管振动起到抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the vibration characteristics of the riser in underground water-sealing storage caverns are analyzed and the influence of different supports on the vibration of the riser is studied. The following conclusions are made. First, the severe vibration of the riser during pump stopping is caused by the resonance occurred when the disturbance frequency from impeller rotation of the electric submersible pump driven by the inner flow coincides with the lower-order inherent frequency of the low-rigidity big-fall pipe. Second, the rigidity and inherent frequency of each order of the riser increase with the increasing of the number of fixed supports. Third, vibration of the riser can be suppressed by adjusting the number and positions of fixed supports in the shaft well, so as to make each lower-order inherent frequencies of the pipe not coincide with the disturbance frequency of the electric submersible pump during normal running and stopping.
