基于层次分析法和群决策的集输管道线路评价

Evaluation on the gathering pipeline route based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and group decision-making

  • 摘要: 针对国内油气集输管道建设时面临的线路选择和评价问题, 在对管道线路评价的可行性进行理论分析的基础上, 基于层次分析法和群决策法, 对四川某采气干线线路方案的影响因素进行归类和分析, 建立管道路线选择综合评价体系的目标层次结构模型, 并结合数学分析手段, 确定了该模型中9项基本指标在整个路线评价体系中所占的权重, 最后给出了3个备选方案的定量评价结果, 选出了最优线路方案, 论证结果与实际专家意见一致。实例证明: 利用层次分析法和群决策法不但可以详细客观地评价候选线路方案, 提供定量的评价结果, 而且计算简单、经济实用, 为我国集输管道线路方案评价和决策提供了可行方法和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In China, oil and gas gathering pipeline construction is often challenged by route selection and evaluation. Through theoretical feasibility analysis on the pipeline route evaluation and based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and group decision-making, the influencing factors for a gas trunk line route scheme in Sichuan Province are classified and analyzed. The target hierarchy structure model of comprehensive assessment system for route selection is established; combined with mathematical analysis, the weights of 9 basic indexes on the whole route evaluation system is determined. In the end, the quantitative evaluation results of 3 alternative schemes are given and the optimal route scheme is chosen, which is in agreement with the actual experts' opinion. This example proves that AHP and group decision-making can not only evaluate the candidate route scheme in detail and objectively to provide quantitative evaluation result, but also are simple in calculation and economical and practical which can provide feasible method and theoretical foundation for the evaluation and decision-making of China's gathering pipeline route scheme.
