美国阀门质量认证标准体系的先进性

Advanced American valve quality certification standard system

  • 摘要: 基于我国管道的快速发展和阀门国产化的积极推进, 评价了国内阀门设计和试验标准现状, 指出阀门内漏问题的根源在于国内缺少专门的阀门质量认证标准, 阀门制造质量不能完全保证。介绍了美国阀门质量认证标准体系, 其先进性主要表现在: 严格限定阀门二级供应商资质, 确定了第三方阀门质量认证机构, 阀门外观状态检查和阀门材料机械性能试验更为严格细致, 开展了阀门闭合能力试验、阀杆与闭合部件连接强度试验和阀门手轮性能试验等特殊检验, 建立了阀门及部件应满足的最低要求准则等。最后, 提出了建立涵盖阀门制造工艺、材料、检测、试验和检修的质量标准体系的建议。

     

    Abstract: With consideration to rapid development of pipelines in China and active promotion of domestic production of valves, this paper reviews present situations of valve design and manufacturing in China. It is pointed out that root cause of internal leakage of valves is the absence of specific certification standards for quality of valves. Without these standards, it is not possible to guarantee quality of valves produced. American valve quality certification standard system is characterized by strict control over qualification of the secondary valve suppliers, designation of third-party valve quality certification institutes, tighter visual inspection of valves and performance tests for materials deployed for fabrication of valves, tests for closing performances of valves, tests for connection strength of valve rods and closing elements, tests for functions of valve hand wheels and other specific tests. The system also clarifies minimum standards for valves and relevant elements. Finally, proposals are proposed to establish quality standard system to cover fabrication, materials, inspections, tests and maintenance of valves.
