中缅油气管道境外段水土流失治理

  • 摘要: 中缅油气管道境外段在建设期间经历大量开挖和回填,地表植被和原土层被破坏殆尽,难以在短期内自然恢复,加之气候因素,造成管道上方大量水土流失,严重威胁管道安全。基于此,木姐管理处依据中缅油气管道(境外段)水土流失成因,在水工保护工程建设的基础上,采用多种植被恢复措施,因地制宜开展水土治理工作。结合具体案例,分析了水土流失的危害性及水土流失治理方法,最终形成了一种相对而言成本低、效果好的植被恢复措施。

     

    Abstract: The Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipeline (Myanmar section) faced significant difficulties in construction. Landforms along the pipeline route experienced heavy excavation and back-filling during pipeline installation. Consequently, surface vegetation and original soil were severely disturbed, which are difficult to recover in a short time. Combined with climate factors, severe water & soil losses were observed. These conditions may present serious threats to the pipeline. Based on this, considering root causes for water & soil losses in the Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipeline (Myanmar section), the Muse Management Department adopted several measures to restore vegetation in addition to strengthening construction of hydraulic projects. Water & soil controls were implemented through suitable measures for specific local conditions. This paper reviews specific cases to analyze hazards of water & soil loss and proper countermeasures, and finally proposes low-cost, high-efficiency measures for vegetation recovery.
