管道悬索跨越大型主塔液压自爬模技术的工艺创新

Improvement and innovation of hydraulic self-climbing formwork technology for large main tower of pipeline suspension crossing

  • 摘要: 通过对液压自爬模技术进行技术改造,对管道跨越悬索桥大型主塔建造进行工艺创新,总结了液压自爬模系统安装、主塔浇注成型的工艺流程,明确了主要操作要点及质量保证措施。基于充分保证施工安全的考虑,提供了爬模受力构件安全校核的理论公式和经验公式。结果表明:改造后的液压自爬模施工技术完全能够适应大型管道悬索跨越主塔施工,也可应用于其他管道跨越高耸混凝土主塔施工中。工程实际应用结果表明,该技术可以提高施工工效,同时能够使混凝土主塔具有良好的外观和强度,可以为管道跨越混凝土施工提供可借鉴的技术思路。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, improvements and innovation are conducted on the hydraulic self-climbing framework technology and the main towers of pipeline suspension crossing bridges. The installation process of hydraulic self-climbing formwork and the process flow of main tower casting moulding are summarized. And correspondingly, the principal operation essences and quality guarantee measures are confirmed. In order to ensure construction safety, the theoretical formula and empirical formula are adopted to verify the safety of climbing framework stress components. It is indicated that the improved hydraulic self-climbing framework construction technology is not only applicable to the main tower construction of large-scale pipeline suspension crossing, but also to the main tower construction of other pipeline aerial crossing structures. Based on the practical construction, this technology can increase the construction efficiency and improve the appearance and strength of the concrete main towers. This paper provides the technical reference for pipeline crossing concrete construction.
