Abstract:
In this paper, improvements and innovation are conducted on the hydraulic self-climbing framework technology and the main towers of pipeline suspension crossing bridges. The installation process of hydraulic self-climbing formwork and the process flow of main tower casting moulding are summarized. And correspondingly, the principal operation essences and quality guarantee measures are confirmed. In order to ensure construction safety, the theoretical formula and empirical formula are adopted to verify the safety of climbing framework stress components. It is indicated that the improved hydraulic self-climbing framework construction technology is not only applicable to the main tower construction of large-scale pipeline suspension crossing, but also to the main tower construction of other pipeline aerial crossing structures. Based on the practical construction, this technology can increase the construction efficiency and improve the appearance and strength of the concrete main towers. This paper provides the technical reference for pipeline crossing concrete construction.
