Optimal management of maintenance and repair of process equipment at gas compressor stations

  • 摘要: 为了提高站场工艺设备管理的科学性,将工艺设备按照重要程度的不同进行分类管理。确定站场工艺设备重要评价因素,主要为安全环保和生产运行两类因素及多项子因素,采用改进后的层次分析法,计算各层级指标因素权重系数及分值,制定工艺设备重要度评价准则。按照制定的评价准则对试点输气站工艺设备进行评价打分,按照“二八原则”确定高、中、低风险设备,设备风险等级分类结果比较符合实际情况,这表明:制定的工艺设备重要度评价准则合理、可行。对优化工艺设备维护维修管理提出了建议:对于高风险设备重点管理,采取状态监测和定期维护相结合的管理方式;对于低风险设备采取事后维修或定期维护保养的管理方式;对于中风险设备的管理方式介于二者之间;优化ERP设备故障词典。

     

    Abstract: For purpose of more scientific management, the process equipments at station of gas compressor station are classified by their importance. Critical evaluation factors for these process equipments are determined, which are mainly involved in two types (safety and environmental protection, and operation), and include many sub-factors. The weights and values of all indicators are calculated by the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the importance evaluation criteria of process equipment are formulated. According to the evaluation criteria, the process equipment at the pilot gas compressor station is evaluated and divided by risk levels (high, moderate and low) in light of "the 80/20 Rule". This kind of division ties in with the practices, which means that the evaluation criterion for process equipment importance is reasonable and feasible. Recommendations on optimal management of process equipment maintenance and repair are proposed as follows: (1) high-risk equipments are specifically managed by a joint way of status monitoring and regular maintenance; (2) low-risk equipments are managed by way of corrective maintenance or regular maintenance; (3) moderate-risk equipments are managed by a way between (1) and (2); and (4) the ERP equipment fault dictionary is optimized.
