油气管道试压水排放试验系统

Test system for water draining after hydrotest of oil/gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了自主新建油气管道现场试压排水工艺的原理,设计和建造了国内首套油气管道试压水排放试验系统。该系统可用于模拟新建油气管道水试压后的排水过程,能够选用不同缓冲罐储气压力、流量、试压水含气量、排水管口径进行试验,从而为研究试压排水过程中相关参数对排水压力的影响提供了试验手段。为了确保试验的准确性,对整个试验系统包括试验管道和相关设备进行调试,然后再进行试压排水试验。该试验系统的观测段采用高速摄像记录管内流体的流动状态及清管器的运动情况。试验结果表明:在进行注气推球排水的两相清管试验时,管道末端会出现压力脉冲现象。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the principle of water draining process after field hydrotest for self-constructed new oil/gas pipelines. For simulation of such water draining, the testing system-the first one in China-is designed and constructed in the laboratory. The system provides an experimental tool to simulate how the drainage pressure are affected by relevant parameters like inlet pressures of different buffer tank, flowrates, drainage pipe diameters and air contents in liquid. For the purpose of accuracy, the test system, including all lines and related facilities, is checked before hydrotest and water draining test. In addition, high-speed camera is deployed to record conditions of fluids and pigs in pipelines. Test results show that pressure impulses may be observed in terminals of pipelines during the two-phase pigging tests by using gases to discharge water.
