Abstract:
To enhance integrity management over pipelines and promote its supporting function in emergency decision-making, an emergency decision support system has been developed on the basis of integrity management. With inclusion of pipeline geologic information system database and dynamic database for pipeline operation and maintenance, the system provides necessary supports for emergency management and pipeline management, and enables efficient integrity management. With distributive framework, the system integrates encryption processing techniques and network isolation techniques to generate basic geologic information, emergency management data, management and control of pipeline defects, hydraulic engineering protection, on-line data maintenance and other sub-systems on controlled pipeline data safety. Through realization of intellectual emergency management and dynamic management and control over risks, matching between system functions and management demands can be enhanced, and supports for emergency decision-making can also be promoted effectively.
