Progresses in surface gathering techniques in coal-bed methane (CBM) fields

  • 摘要: 从井组试验到大规模开发,我国煤层气产量近10年来增长迅速,在煤层气集输方面初步形成了适合煤层气特点的集输工艺技术。阐述了国内煤层气发展历程,分析了沁南煤层气开发利用高技术产业化示范工程、沁南煤层气田樊庄区块、鄂东煤层气田韩城区块等国内典型煤层气开发项目的集输管网形式、工艺流程;总结了目前煤层气地面集输存在的问题,包括集输压力、气体净化、井间压力平衡、产出水处理等问题,并针对性地提出下一步研究建议。

     

    Abstract: From cluster tests to large-scale development, production of coal-bed methane (CBM) in China experienced rapid growth in the past decade. Relevant processes and techniques suitable for CBM gathering have been developed. This paper expounds the history of CBM development in China, and introduces the state-of-art technologies adopted in the Qinnan CBM Development Project, together with pipeline structures and processes adopted in Fanzhuang Block of Qinnan CBM Field, Hancheng Block in Edong CBM Field and other typical CBM development projects. Moreover, this paper presents the problems in CBM surface gathering in respect of pressure, gas purification, inter-well pressure balance and produced water treatment. Specific suggestions on future researches are also proposed.
