输气管道阀室杂散电流防护改造

Protection and reformation of stray current in valve chamber for gas transmission pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对国内输气管道阀室频繁遭受杂散电流和雷击威胁的问题, 对输气管道阀室进行技术改造, 具体包括3项内容: 利用放空管接地网排流的阀室杂散电流排流改造、Shafer电子控制箱内电磙阀执行机构"气电分离"改造和Shafer阀执行机构干线截断阀3个室内放空(排污)管统一进行室外排放的改造。针对在阀室改造过程中容易出现的电绝缘问题, 介绍了干线管道对阀室接地网绝缘性的检测方法, 并给出了相关建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that valve chamber for gas transmission pipeline suffers frequently from stray current or lightning stroke in China, a technical reformation of valve chamber is put forward. It mainly includes reformation of stray current discharge when vent stack is grounded for electricity discharge, reformation of "gas-electricity separation" of solenoid valve actuators in Shafer electronic control box, and reformation for outdoor discharge of 3 indoor vent (pollutant discharge) stack of block valve on trunk line of such actuators. In order to solve the problems of electrical isolation which can take place easily during the reformation of valve chamber on trunk line, the examination method of grounding grid isolation is proposed, and relevant suggestions are made.
