储罐锚栓座结构设计方法

Structural design of anchor bolt chairs of storage tanks

  • 摘要: 当储罐不能满足自锚固条件时,设置锚栓结构是最常采用的一种稳定措施。该结构通过埋设在基础环梁中的锚固螺栓和焊接在罐壁上的锚栓座结构,对储罐自身过大的倾覆力矩和提升力产生有效的抵抗作用。基于多年的国外储罐项目建设经验和标准规范使用经验,对已经列入美国石油学会API 650储罐设计标准的美国钢结构协会锚栓座设计标准进行解读,并补充实用性建议和注意事项。

     

    Abstract: Anchor bolts are widely used to secure storage tanks if self-anchoring conditions are not available. This structure can effectively counterweight excessive overturning and lifting moments of storage tanks, with its anchor bolts embedded in circular beam foundation and chairs welded on tank walls. Based on years of experience in construction of storage tanks overseas, standards for design of anchor bolt chairs stipulated by American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) are reviewed, which have been incorporated in the API 650 "Welded Tanks for Oil Storage". In addition, practical comments and precautions are proposed.
