快速高效吸油树脂的制备

Preparation of fast and highly active oil absorption resin

  • 摘要: 随着在役输油管道里程的不断增加,受客观自然现象和人为操作因素的影响,溢油事故发生的概率逐渐升高,有必要研发快速高吸油树脂产品,以减少漏油损失和危害。采用悬浮聚合法,以多种丙烯酸长链酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯为单体,共聚得到快速高吸油树脂,研究了单体种类、配比和交联剂用量对树脂饱和吸油倍率和吸油速率的影响。研究表明:丙烯酸癸酯为较合适的长链酯单体,丙烯酸癸酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯的最佳摩尔比为2:5:0.9,交联剂二乙烯苯的最佳用量为1%,所得树脂呈海绵状,对原油有良好的吸附性,对俄油饱和吸油倍率可达9.0,10~20 min内达饱和吸附,而且产品的保油率在90%左右,水面浮油回收性能好。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing mileages of in-service oil pipelines, probability of overflow incidents rises gradually due to natural and human factors. Consequently, it is necessary to develop a kind of fast and high oil absorption resin to minimize losses and hazards related to oil leakage. By using the suspension-polymerization process, various long-chain acrylates, butyl acrylate and styrene are used as monomers to generate the fast and high oil absorption resin through copolymerization. In addition, impacts of monomer classifications, proportions and volume of crosslinkers to saturated oil absorption capacity and rate are reviewed. Relevant research results show that decyl acrylate is more suitable for monomers with long-chain esters; optimal mole ratios of decyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and styrene are 2:5:0.9, and optimal volume of diethylene benze deployed is 1%. Resins generated are in sponginess configurations with outstanding performances in absorption of crude oil. These resins may have oil absorption capacity of 9.0 to Russian crude oil and may reach saturated absorption within 10-20 min. In addition, these products may contain approximately 90% of oil with excellent performances in recovery of floating oil on water surface.
