集气站外输压力调整对单井进站压力影响的计算模型

A calculation model for the impact of the output pressure adjustment on the single-well input pressure in gas gathering station

  • 摘要: 针对集气站内工艺流程,建立压降计算模型,将总压降分为气嘴节流后至外输阀压降、气嘴节流压降、加热炉压升3个部分,其中气嘴节流后至外输阀压降采用统计方法求得,气嘴节流压降采用节流理论与统计相结合的方法求得,加热炉压升计算则采用定容气体状态方程求得。通过实例计算及误差对比,证明了模型的实用性和可靠性,可求得单井进站压力随外输压力变化的关系,从而预测不同外输压力下的单井产量变化。

     

    Abstract: In view of the process in the gas gathering station, establish a calculation model of pressure drop. Total pressure drop is divided into three parts: pressure drop from gas nozzle throttling to transmission valve (which is obtained by the statistical method), pressure drop of gas nozzle throttling (which is determined by the combined throttling theory and statistics), and pressure rise of heater (which is derived by the constant volume gas state equation). By a calculation example and error comparison, the practicability and reliability of the model is proved. With this model, the relationship between the input pressure of single well and the output pressure in the gas gathering station can be obtained accurately. Thus, the single-well production variation under different transmission pressures can be predicted.
