浙江LNG接收站外输计量控制要点

Key points for control over sendout metering in Zhejiang LNG Terminal

  • 摘要: 外输计量直接影响LNG贸易交接的顺利进行,浙江LNG接收站选用超声流量计组成的计量橇座系统,配置取样分析监控设备,能够保证计量系统的整体精度,满足能量交接需要。介绍了浙江LNG接收站计量系统的组成及流量计算过程,详细阐述了计量系统在设计及运营阶段控制要点。结果表明:通过周期性开展流量计使用中检定及声速核查,及时判定计量系统“健康”状况,既方便操作人员及时采取防御性维护,又可提高检定周期内计量仪表的精确度,减少贸易纠纷。同时,给出了超声流量计常见问题及对策,对今后投产的接收站计量站场建设及运营维护有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Sendout metering may directly affect the success of delivery in LNG trading. In the Zhejiang LNG Terminal, the metering skid system composed of ultrasonic flowmeters is used. With the support of sampling, analyzing and monitoring devices, the system can guarantee overall metering accuracy to satisfy demands of relevant trades. This paper reviews the composition and flowrate calculation procedures of the metering system in the Zhejiang LNG Terminal. Key points for design and operation of the metering system are summarized. The results show that periodic calibration and acoustic checks shall be performed to determine "health" conditions of the metering system in timely manner. These measures can facilitate defensive maintenance by operators and enhance accuracy of instrument accuracy within valid calibration period to minimize trade disputes. This paper presents the common problems and relevant countermeasures of ultrasonic flowmeter to provide essential guidance for construction, operation and maintenance of metering system in LNG terminals.
