西气东输三线电驱站冷却水系统设计与优化

Design and optimization of cooling water system in electric-driven compressor station of the 3rd West-to-East Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对大功率变频电驱压缩机的冷却问题,考虑风沙、水质、温度因素,对冷却水关键设备进行选型。针对冷却塔区工艺管网流程,考虑极端温度下冷却塔运行情况,提出管道串并联方法。改进西二线中冷却水泵房设备布置,为控制与辅助设备预留足够空间。总图布置方面,结合站场生产区内各单体位置,简化管路,优化冷却水功能区。水质方面,首次在西气东输工程采用软水器对冷却塔喷淋水进行去离子操作,避免盘管腐蚀结垢。针对冷却水系统外部管网,改进阀井排污、防冻、检修、降噪措施。针对工艺流程,提出电机与变频器流量分配优化方法。进行冷却水系统水力分析,模拟流体动态循环,计算水泵扬程、压力损失与最低点压力,保证水泵安全运行。

     

    Abstract: As to cooling of high-power variable-frequency electric-driven compressor, key equipment for cooling water is selected in consideration of wind, sand, water quality, temperature and other factors. For the process line flow in the cooling tower area, pipeline connection in series and parallel is proposed considering the operation of cooling tower under extreme temperature. Equipment configuration of cooling water pump room along the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline is improved to reserve enough space for control and auxiliary equipment. In general layout, combining each unit location in stations, the line is simplified and the cooling water functional areas are optimized. For water quality, water softener is used in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline project for the first time to conduct softener operation for cooling tower spray water, in order to avoid the coiler corrosion and scaling. In view of the outside pipeline network of the cooling water system, valve pit discharge, antifreezing, overhauling and noise reduction measures are improved. According to the process, the optimal flow allocation of motor and inverter is proposed. By hydraulic analysis of the cooling water system, simulating the fluid dynamic cycle, and calculating the pump lift, pressure loss and lowest point pressure, the safe operation of the pump is guaranteed.
