基于HPPP法的Pigsar天然气流量计检定站工艺

HPPP-based Pigsar gas flowmeter calibration facility

  • 摘要: 天然气计量是天然气贸易中至关重要的环节,介绍了国内外主要天然气流量计检定站的现状,对比分析不同原级标准的优缺点,阐述了基于HPPP法的德国Pigsar天然气流量计检定站的工艺流程、量值传递方式及HPPP装置的工作原理。以HPPP法为原级标准的检定站具有流量稳定、准确度高等特点,但受技术限制在我国应用并不广泛。分析了我国应用HPPP法的可行性,武汉分站应用实践结果表明:HPPP装置可解决我国大口径、高压力天然气流量计检定能力不足的问题,但减少管容积对检定精度有一定影响。

     

    Abstract: Metering is a key sector in natural gas trade. This paper reviews current situations of gas flowmeter calibration facilities in China and abroad, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of such facilities with different primary standards, and introduces the process flow, value dissemination and operation principle of Pigsar gas flowmeter calibration facility based on HPPP method. This facility is characterized by steady flow rate and high accuracy. However, due to technical limitations, the HPPP-based facility is not extensively adopted in China. This paper discusses the feasibility of the facility in China. Practical application in Wuhan Gas Compressor Station showed that the HPPP-based facility can be deployed to effectively calibrate large-diameter and high-pressure gas flowmeters in China, except that reduction in pipe volume may negatively impact calibration accuracy.
