盐穴储气库单腔长期注采运行分析及注采压力区间优化——以金坛盐穴储气库西2井腔体为例

Analysis on long-term operation and interval optimization of pressure for single cavity injection/production in underground salt cavern gas storage-Taking the cavity of Well Xi-2 in salt cavern gas storage in Jintan as an example

  • 摘要: 西气东输金坛盐穴储气库建设于地质条件复杂的层状盐层中,耗资巨大且有一定的使用期限,因此,确保腔体在安全稳定运行的前提下,尽量增加其工作气量,意义重大。以西气东输金坛盐穴储气库的盐矿老井西2井腔体为例,通过声纳数据对比分析,发现在目前的注采运行方式下存在一定程度的效益浪费,因而利用数值模拟方法校核了盐岩的蠕变参数,并利用修正后的参数对注采最小气压和最大气压进行了优化,增加了单腔工作气量,提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Gas storage in Jintan salt cavern for West-to-East gas transmission project is constructed in laminar salt layer with complicated geological conditions, which costs a lot and has a certain service life. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring safe and stable operation of the cavity, it is of great importance to increase the gas production. Taking the old Well Xi-2 in salt mine of gas storage in Jintan cavern for West-to-East gas transmission project as an example, it is found through the comparative analysis of sonar data that there are some benefit waste under the current mode of injection/production, so the approach of numerical simulation is used to verify and check the creep parameters of rock salt. And the corrected parameters are used to optimize the injection/production minimum pressure and maximum pressure, so as to increase the working gas production of single cavity and improve the economic benefit.
