洞库贴壁油罐底板实时探漏技术

Real-time leak detection technology of bottom plate in cave on-wall oil tank

  • 摘要: 针对油罐基础内钻孔油气体积分数监漏法对洞库贴壁油罐监漏效果欠佳的问题,提出了应用探漏点分布更广的油罐基础内预埋探漏管油气体积分数监漏法。阐明了寻找有效罐底监漏新方法的重大意义,介绍了油罐基础内预埋探漏管油气体积分数监漏法的监漏原理和操作技术规范,详述了应用该方法的注意事项。在对比分析两种监漏法的基础上,总结了基于油罐基础内油气体积分数罐底监漏法的技术特点和适用范围,为油库的建造和改造提供了有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The method of leak detection by using the oil vapor volumetric fraction in the pores drilled in the tank foundation is not very efficient for cave on-wall oil tanks. In this regard, the leak detection method by monitoring the oil and gas volumetric fraction in the buried pipes in the tank foundation is proposed, which contains more detection point, and the necessity of finding a new method to detect leak in tank bottom is discussed. The principle and operation specification of the new method are introduced, and the cautions in application are explained. Through comparison of these two leak detection methods, the technical features and applicable scope of the new method are summarized, providing beneficial reference for the construction and transformation of the oil storages.
