包裹防腐层的油气管道中的剪切周向导波

  • 摘要: 为了研究包裹防腐层的油气管道中的剪切周向导波传播规律,建立了包裹防腐层的油气管道模型。利用连续介质力学和声学等相关知识,得到了包裹防腐层的油气管道中的剪切周向导波理论。依据理论结果编制了相应的计算机程序,并对包裹防腐层的油气管道中的剪切周向导波进行了数值模拟和深入分析。结果表明:包裹防腐层的油气管道中的剪切周向导波的模式1不存在截至频率,高阶模式均存在截至频率,4种模式的能量均随频率的增大而越来越集中于防腐层。因此,针对实际的管道参数选择合适的导波模式和频段对于开展管道无损检测作业具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the propagation of shear circumferential guided wave in oil and gas pipeline with coating, the model for oil and gas pipeline with coating is established. Using continuum mechanics and acoustics and related knowledge, the theory of such guided wave is obtained, and then the corresponding computer program is prepared. Moreover, the shear circumferential guided wave is numerically simulated and deeply analyzed. The results show that cutoff frequency exists in higher-order modes, but not mode 1, of the shear circumferential guided wave, and the energy in 4 modes are increasingly concentrated on the coating with the increase of frequency. Therefore, appropriate modes and bands of guided wave selected according to the actual pipe parameters are of great significance for pipeline nondestructive testing.
