Causes of the abnormal damage of RMG monitoring and pressure regulating valve diaphragm

  • 摘要: 针对天然气管道RMG自力式调压阀调试和使用过程中监控调压阀多次出现皮膜破损的情况, 对RMG调压橇开展针对性研究, 发现皮膜破损大多是调试和使用方法不正确造成的。介绍了RMG自力式调压阀的工作原理及皮膜破损的判断方法, 重点分析了调压橇调试和使用过程中监控调压阀皮膜破损的原因和工况, 提出了解决措施和注意事项。

     

    Abstract: Considering the fact that the diaphragm of the monitoring and pressure regulating valves is damaged frequently during the testing and operation, the RMG pressure regulating skid is carefully investigated. It turns out that most of the diaphragm damages are caused by incorrect testing and operation. This paper explains the working principle of RMG self-operated pressure regulating valve, provides the method to diagnose diaphragm damage, and discusses the causes and working conditions of the diaphragm damage during the testing and operation of the pressure regulating skid, then solutions and precautions are proposed.
