海底管道泄漏快速封堵试验

Experiment on quick plugging of the leakage in submarine pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对目前管道快速封堵技术存在的各种问题, 基于新型橡胶复合材料的开发, 开展了海底管道泄漏柔性自黏式气囊封堵技术研究, 研制了具有自主知识产权的自黏式快速封堵气囊。模拟试验和海上现场试验结果表明: 该封堵气囊具有承压和保压能力强、施工时间短、操作简便、成本低廉、安全可靠等优点, 能够满足水深不小于25 m、管内压力为0.5 MPa、管径为80~600 mm的穿孔、裂口或管道弯曲等多种泄漏形态的海底管道快速临时封堵要求, 同时可以满足清管及管道维修更换的应急处理要求, 工程应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the problems existed in current quick pipeline plugging technique and based on the newly developed rubber composite material, the research is conducted on flexible self-adhesion air bag plugging technique for submarine pipeline leakage. Accordingly, the self-adhesion quick plugging air bag with proprietary intellectual property rights is developed and tested in laboratory and field onshore. The results show that this product, with advantages like high pressure-bearing and maintaining capacity, short construction period, convenient operation, low cost, safety and reliability, can be applicable for quick temporary plugging of submarine pipelines with water depth not less than 25 m, internal pressure of 0.5 MPa, and diameter of 80-600 mm, in case of leakages like punching, cracking or bending. The product can help to reduce the amount of leakage in submarine pipeline and accordingly protect marine environment. Besides, it can be used in emergencies for pigging and pipeline maintenance and repair. Therefore, the product is prospective for engineering application.
