大型LNG储罐试桩设计方法的中欧规范差异

Differences between the codes in China and Europe on the piling test design method of large-scale LNG storage tank

  • 摘要: 以深圳LNG储罐试桩工程为工程背景, 依据欧洲LNG储罐设计规范对深圳LNG储罐试桩最大加载量进行正确选取, 并以在中国规范下对试桩最大加载量进行比较分析, 借此将与LNG储罐设计与施工相关的中欧规范衔接, 总结了欧洲规范下LNG储罐试桩最大加载量的选取方法, 即对比LNG储罐在正常操作工况下单桩受力(无地震)的2倍、OBE工况下单桩受力的2倍以及SSE工况下单桩的受力, 取三者中最大值作为LNG储罐试桩最大加载量; 结合中国相关规范对LNG储罐试桩最大加载量进行解析, 初步提出了国内规范计算OBE、SSE工况下桩力的可参考公式, 解析过程中体现了两种规范对LNG储罐桩基础设计的相通性。

     

    Abstract: Based on relevant codes in China and Europe, the maximum load of this piling test is correctly selected according to the LNG storage tank design code in Europe, and it is then compared with the maximum load of piling test under the code in China. Accordingly, the codes in China and Europe on LNG storage tank design and construction are correlated. The method to select maximum load of piling test of LNG storage tank under the Europe codes is summarized, namely, three values (a value that is 2 times of the load on single pile under normal operation conditions, a value that is 2 times of the load on single pile under the OBE condition, and a load value on single pile under SSE condition) are taken, and then the largest value is selected as the maximum load of piling test. According to relevant Chinese codes, the maximum load of piling test of LNG storage tank is analyzed, and some reference formulas calculating the load on piles under the condition of OBE and SSE based on Chinese codes are put forward. The analytical process reflects the common characteristics of both codes on the basic pile design of LNG storage tank.
