  • 摘要: 压缩机站布站及机组配置方案是天然气长输管道方案设计中最困难的部分, 压缩机组备用方式为其重要决定因素之一。国内天然气管道对压缩机组备用方式的选择往往采用定性说明, 缺乏对各种备用方式的深入研究。基于此, 采用工艺系统分析的方法对压缩机组的各种备用方式进行深入分析, 归纳出不同备用方式的优缺点、本质区别及适用条件, 总结出天然气长输管道压缩机组备用方式的选择方法。压缩机组备用方式需综合考虑管道系统的自身特点, 并通过全生命周期内技术经济的比较来确定最终的备用方式。

     

    Abstract: The deployment of gas compressor stations and units is the most difficult part of the project design. The backup mode of compressor unit is one of the important determinants. In China, however, the choice of backup mode is often described qualitatively, without intensive study on various kinds of backup modes. Firstly, the analytical method of process system is adopted to intensively review the backup modes of compressor unit. The advantages and disadvantages, essential difference and suitable conditions of such backup modes are sorted out and compared. Finally, the methods to select backup mode of compressor unit for long-distance gas pipelines are defined. In other words, the backup mode of compressor unit should be selected by both considering the characteristics of the pipeline system and comparing the technical and economic indicators in its full life cycle.
