西二线西段硫化物生成关键点段的判定与防护

Diagnosis and prevention of key sulfide-generated points/parts in west section of the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 西二线管道曾多次发生硫化亚铁自燃现象, 为判定西二线西段硫化物(主要为硫化亚铁)生成关键点段并制定相应的防护措施, 采用千德乐冷镜式露点分析仪、multi EA5000元素分析仪对西二线西段沿线采集的天然气气样和清管产物进行实验分析, 得到了沿线天然气含水量、H2S含量变化趋势及清管产物中H2S含量的变化趋势。综合清管产物形貌、清管产物总硫含量测试结果、内检测数据以及沿线高程变化情况, 形成了硫化物生成关键站点的判定依据, 确定了关键站点和关键管段, 制定了防护措施。

     

    Abstract: Self-ignition of ferrous sulfide has occurred frequently on the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline. In order to diagnose key sulfide-generated points/parts on the west section of this pipeline and take proper preventive measures, Chandler chilledmirror dew-point hygrometers and multi EA5000 elemental analyzer are used to test and analyze the gas samples and pigging products gathered along the west section. The variations of water and H2S contents of natural gas and of H2S content of pigging products are obtained. Combing the morphology and tested total sulfur content of pigging products, internal inspection data and elevation changes along the pipeline, criteria for diagnosis of key sulfide-generated points/parts is formed, key station points and pipe parts are determined, and related preventive measures are formulated.
