油气管道冷弯管的技术发展现状

Current situation of the pipe cold bending for oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 冷弯管制作是管道施工的重要工序, 随着管道钢级、口径和压力的提高, 冷弯管的质量性能和服役安全性显得尤为重要。系统分析了冷弯装备、冷弯工艺、冷弯管外观质量、力学性能、服役安全性评价、相关标准体系等方面的技术发展现状, 指出了未来油气管道冷弯管的技术发展方向, 包括提高冷弯装备的弯制能力和自动化控制水平, 创新弯制方法, 优化冷弯工艺, 加强冷弯管质量控制和安全可靠性评价, 完善相关标准体系等, 对提高冷弯管的制作和应用水平具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Fabrication of cold bending pipe is an important process in pipeline construction. With the improvement of pipeline steel grade, diameter and pressure, the quality and service safety of cold bending pipe become particularly important. This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of technologies related to cold bending equipment and process, appearance quality, mechanical properties, and service safety evaluation of cold bending pipe, and related standards. Furthermore, this paper proposes the future development of cold bending pipe for oil and gas pipeline, including: improving the capacity and auto-control of cold bending equipment, innovating the bending method, optimizing cold bending process, strengthening the quality control and safe reliability evaluation of cold bending pipe, and improving relevant standards and systems. The results will have guiding significance to improve the fabrication and application of cold bending pipe.
