长呼原油管道月度节能优化方案

Program for optimization of monthly energy preservation in the Changqing-Hohhot Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 从优化运行方案的角度研究如何降低长呼原油管道的输油能耗。基于该管道某月的实际运行方案, 从管道运行方案优化和小时流量分配优化开展研究。运用两级递阶模型, 优化给定流量下管道的运行方案; 运用最小二乘法, 反算各管段的总传热系数和摩阻修正因数。研究发现长呼原油管道的实际运行方案存在一定的优化空间: 在低流量下, 可以通过增加开炉数目降低各站出站温度的方式降低全线总燃料消耗, 也可以通过增加开泵数目(或用高扬程泵替换低扬程泵)降低出站温度的方式降低管道的总输油能耗。优化月输油流量组合和优化工艺运行方案, 是长呼原油管道节能运行的两个重要方向。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviewed researches related to energy consumption for oil transportation in the Changqing-Hohhot Crude Oil Pipeline through optimization of operation program. Based on the actual operation program of the pipeline in a specific month, researches have been conducted in two aspects: optimization of pipeline operation program and optimization of hourly flowrate allocations. By using the two-stage hierarchical model, operation program of the pipeline with specific flow rates can be optimized. By using least square method, overall heat-transfer coefficients and friction resistance correction factors in various pipeline sections can be determined through back calculation. Research results show that there are potentials for optimization of the existing operation program for the Changqing-Hohhot Crude Oil Pipeline: in case of lower flowrates, the number of heating furnaces can be increased to reduce outlet temperatures and eventually to reduce total fuel consumption of the entire pipeline, or the number of pumps in operation can be increased (or deploy high-lift pumps instead of low-lift pumps) to reduce outlet temperatures and eventually to minimize overall energy consumption for oil transportation through the pipeline. Optimization of portfolio for monthly oil-transportation flow rates and optimization of operation program can be seen as the two major directions for energy preservation in the Changqing-Hohhot Crude Oil Pipeline.
