成品油库吸附式油气回收系统的设计与管理
Design and management of adsorption hydrocarbon recovery system in product oil tankfarm

摘要: 吸附式油气回收系统是近年来成品油库普遍采用的一种油气处理装置, 具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。分析了成品油库油气挥发的主要部位及其挥发特点, 指出汽油的输送环节是挥发的重要节点; 探讨了油气回收系统的设计和技术选型, 指出吸附法相对于吸收法、冷凝法、膜分离法的技术优势, 提出将影响油气回收系统使用效果的所有因素综合考虑, 一并视为油气回收系统组成部分的广义概念; 总结了吸附法油气回收系统的运行和管理经验, 指出先进的设备与科学的管理相结合才能达到运行效果, 研究成果为提高油气回收率提供了参考。Abstract: With outstanding economic and environmental benefits, adsorption hydrocarbon recovery systems are extensively adopted in product oil tankfarms in recent years. With consideration to main features and locations of hydrocarbon volatilization, oil and gas transmission can be determined as the key sector with oil and gas volatilization. Through reviewing of hydrocarbon recovery system design and selection of optimal techniques, advantages of adsorption over absorption, condensation and membrane separation have been displayed. All factors that may affect performances of the hydrocarbon recovery system shall be considered jointly as a component of the hydrocarbon recovery system. Through summarization of experiences in operation and management of adsorption hydrocarbon recovery system, it was determined that satisfactory operation performances can be obtained only through combination of sophisticated facilities and scientific management. Relevant research results may provide necessary references to enhance hydrocarbon recovery rates by using hydrocarbon recovery system in product oil tankfarms.
