成品油管道的混油长度计算方法

Calculation method for length of oil mixtures in product pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对成品油管道顺序输送工艺预测混油量是制定混油处理方案的基础。为得到适用于肯尼亚1号线成品油管道的混油计算公式, 现场采集了管道1个月内多个运行批次产生的实际混油长度数据, 并对现场数据进行整理和分析, 识别出影响混油长度的主要因素。应用目前常用的混油计算公式、Austin和Palfrey公式、扩散理论推导的公式、格拉管道经验公式及SPS仿真软件分别进行混油长度计算, 并与现场实测值进行对比。根据对比情况, 逐一分析了造成各公式计算结果差异的原因以及各公式的适用性, 进而得出适用于肯尼亚1号线成品油管道的混油计算公式。

     

    Abstract: To transport different oil product in sequence by using the same oil product pipeline may involve generation of flow sections with oil mixtures around the contact areas. Consequently, accurate prediction of the volume of such mixtures is a necessary sector in operation of the oil product pipeline. It is also an essential part for preparation of programs for handling of such mixtures. To obtain the calculation equation for oil mixtures in the Kenya-1 Oil Product Pipeline, actual lengths of oil mixtures generated in multiple operations within a month of the pipeline operation were acquired on site. These data have been organized and analyzed to identify major factors that may affect the length of such oil mixtures. By using Austin & Palfrey Equation, the equation deviated from diffusion theory, the empirical equation from Golmud-Lhasa Oil Product Pipeline and SPS simulation software, the length of oil mixtures have been calculated separately. In addition, these calculation results have been compared with measured values on site. With consideration to the assessment results, causes for differences in calculation equations have been analyzed one by one to clarify the suitability of each individual equation. Eventually, the calculation equation applicable to oil mixtures in the Kenya-1 Oil Product Pipeline can be determined.
