车载加油油气回收ORVR系统应用进展

Progresses in application of onboard refueling vapor recovery (ORVR) system

  • 摘要: 轻质油品在储运销环节所产生的挥发性有机物不仅导致油品质量下降, 造成经济损失, 而且会引发严重的环境污染, 国内加油站基本采用基于加油站的油气回收治理技术。简要回顾了基于机动车的油气回收处理技术——ORVR技术在美国的发展历程和相关政策演变, 重点介绍了ORVR系统的油气回收效率和工作原理, 其使用过程中与Stage Ⅱ的相容性问题和解决方法, 以及使用该系统对国内车辆改装的成本估算等影响ORVR推广的关键因素, 有助于推动ORVR在国内的推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during storage and distribution of light oil products can not only reduce quality of oil products, but also induce economic losses. In addition, these compounds may cause severe environmental pollution. Most of domestic gas stations adopted station-based vapor recovery techniques. This paper briefly reviewed the development history and evolution of relevant policies for onboard refueling vapor recovery (ORVR) system in the United States. In addition to reviewing efficiencies and operational principles of the ORVR system, problems related to compatibility with Stage Ⅱ during application and relevant solutions have been studied. Furthermore, impacts of the system on cost estimation in vehicle refitting and other key factors that may affect promotion of the ORVR system have been analyzed. Relevant research results may promote application of the ORVR system in China.
