柯克亚集输首站轻烃回收工艺方案优化

Technical upgrading of light hydrocarbon recovery process in Kekeya Initial Gathering Station

  • 摘要: 柯克亚集输首站生产的轻烃与原油一同进入原油储罐, 在常温常压下, 轻烃中的C1~C4组分极易挥发损耗, 造成油气浪费和环境污染.结合目前气田的生产现状及集输首站轻烃的组分分析结果, 对现有装置进行相关的技术优化, 研究出一套适合轻烃密闭回收同时能就近生产液化气产品的回收工艺: 将轻烃与原油单独回收, 原油进入储罐生产, 轻烃则输往注气站生产液化气.优化后, 大大提高了液化气产量和轻烃综合利用率; 降低了原油储罐的油气损耗, 减少了环境污染; 原油在长输管道中的气相流减少, 提高了原油管输安全性.伴随国家安全环保要求日趋严格, 中国石油以效益优先为原则的战略转变, 在各油气田的发展过程中, 轻烃回收利用这种以安全环保优先, 减少环境污染, 提高油田整体效益的应用将有很好的推广前景.

     

    Abstract: The light hydrocarbon produced in Kekeya Initial Gathering Station will enter the storage tank along with crude oil. Under the conditions of normal temperature and pressure (NTP), the C1-C4 components in light hydrocarbon are very likely to evaporate and cause losses, leading to oil/gas waste and environmental pollution. Considering the current production of gas fields and the results of analysis on composition of light hydrocarbon at the initial station, technical upgrading is proposed for existing devices. A recovery process which can recover light hydrocarbon in a closed manner and enable the production in the vicinity have been developed. Light hydrocarbon and crude oil are recovered separately. Crude oil will flow into the storage tank and light hydrocarbon flows into the gas processing plant to produce liquefied gas. After upgrading, the production of liquefied gas and total utilization ratio of light hydrocarbon have been increased greatly; oil/gas losses in storage tank are reduced, thus alleviating the environmental pollution; the proportion of gas-phase flow of crude oil in long-distance pipeline is decreased, which helps to improve the transportation safety of crude in pipeline. As the national requirements for safety and environment protection become increasingly stringent, the benefit-oriented policy of PetroChina has changed. In the development of oil/gas fields, recovery and utilization of light hydrocarbon, which is safety and environment oriented, can lower the environmental protection, improve the overall benefits of oilfields, and thus will have a very good prospect for application.
