天然气长输管道爆管时线路截断阀关断压降速率的选取

Selection of pressure drop rate of line block valve shutdown when long-distance gas pipeline burst

  • 摘要: 针对国内天然气长输管道工程线路截断阀压降速率设定值主要借鉴国内外的经验值, 缺乏针对性且存在较大误差的问题, 利用SPS软件建立了天然气长输管道模型, 对管道爆管这一典型泄漏工况进行案例仿真模拟, 定性和定量分析管道内压力波的变化及传动规律, 分析线路截断阀关断压降速率设定值的选取依据和注意事项.模拟结果表明: 需要了解并收集管道运行中各种需关断的事故工况, 然后选取恰当的泄漏点一一进行分析, 最终得出较为合理的截断阀关断压降速率参考阈值。

     

    Abstract: As the pressure drop rate of line block valve for long-distance gas pipeline in China is mainly set based on the empirical value at home and abroad, there are such problems as non-specificity and large errors. The SPS software is used to establish the long-distance gas pipeline model for simulating the pipeline burst (a typical leakage case). In this way, the change and transmission rules of pressure wave are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed, and the criteria and precautions for selection of set-value of pressure drop rate of line block valve shutdown are investigated. The simulation results indicate that, to select proper pressure drop rate for shutdown, the information on pipeline incidents should be understood and acquired, and then appropriate leakage points should be selected for analysis, so that the proper threshold value for reference can be worked out.
