Failure causes of gas starting system of Solar Taurus 70 gas turbine

  • 摘要: 介绍了Solar Taurus 70燃气轮机气启动系统的结构组成、工作原理及工作过程,从程序和硬件方面分析了气启动系统发生故障的常见原因,通过故障排查法,确定气启动系统中压力调节阀的指挥器控制弹簧位置不当是造成燃气轮机启动失败的根本原因。根据压力调节阀的结构和工作原理,验证了故障原因分析的正确性,最后从气启动系统运行监控方面提出了改进措施。该燃气轮机机组故障虽然处理较为容易,但在故障原因查找的过程中进行了系统分析和归纳,可为类似燃气轮机气启动系统的故障排除提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Composition, principle and process of the gas starting system of Solar Taurus 70 gas turbine are described in this paper. Common causes for the system failure are analyzed from aspects of program and hardware. By the troubleshooting method, it is confirmed that the improper location of pilot control spring of pressure regulating valve in the gas starting system is the primary cause for start failure of the gas turbine. According to the structure and working principle of pressure regulating valve, the accuracy of fault analysis is verified. Finally, improvement measures are proposed in view of the performance monitoring of the gas starting system. Although the failure of the gas turbine can be easily treated, the systematic analysis and conclusion in the cause investigation can provide a reference for troubleshooting of the gas starting system of similar gas turbines.
